刺老苞根皮总皂苷和总多糖含量测定

摘　　要：目的对湖北恩施土家族道地药材刺老苞根皮中总皂苷及总多糖含量进行测定。方法用Flex station3自动化筛选检测系统在400～900 nm波长处对其总皂苷及总多糖进行扫描,在最大吸收波长550,480 nm处分别测定两者含量。结果刺老苞根皮中总皂苷及总多糖的含量分别为3.28%、7.33%,RSD值分别为0.77%、0.46%。结论作为刺老苞根皮主要物质成分,总皂苷及总多糖含量较高,为该药材治疗骨折愈合机制的研究提供了参考数据。Objective To determine the content of total saponin and total polysaccharide in Aralia echinocauIis Hand.Mazz of Tujia People. Methods Total saponin and total polysaccharide were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry with scanning from 400 nm to 900 nm by Flex station-3 auto-screening detecting system.The content of total saponin was determined at 550 nm;the content of total polysaccharide was determined at 480 nm. Results The content of total saponin was 3.28%,and RSD was 0.77%.The content of total polysaccharide was 7.33%,and RSD was 0.46%. Conclusion There are high total saponin and total polysaccharide in Aralia echinocauIis Hand.Mazz.The results provided useful data for studying the healing of Aralia echinocauIis Hand.Mazz in bone fracture.
