摘 要:目的研究改构型酸性成纤维细胞生长因子(aFGF)对白花丹素引起的人胚肝细胞L-O2损伤的保护作用及机理。方法用白花丹素体外诱导肝细胞损伤,同时用aFGF对肝细胞进行保护,测定培养上清液中的SOD,MDA,LDH值,MTT法测定肝细胞活性。结果与损伤组比较,aFGF对白花丹素引起的胚肝细胞损伤有明显的保护作用(P<0.05)。结论 aFGF可保护肝细胞,其机制可能与其拮抗自由基产生有关。Objective To study the protective effect and possible mechanism of aFGF on human liver cell L-O2 injured by plumbagin in vitro. Methods Human liver cell L-O2 damaged by plumbagin.aFGF were added to cultural solution of human liver cell L-O2.The contents of SOD and MDA and activity of LDH in cultural supermatant were determined by general methods,the viabilities of hepatocytes were measured by MTT. Results Compared with model group,aFGF could protect human liver cell L-O2 from damage of plumbagin(P〈0.05). Conclusion aFGF has a protective action on human liver cell L-O2 from being damaged by plumbagin.
