桂枝挥发油与桂皮醛抗流感病毒作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察桂枝挥发油与桂皮醛在鸡胚内的抗流感病毒作用。方法依据药物对鸡胚的最大无毒浓度设置高、中、低三个剂量组,分别以预防和治疗方式给药,经鸡胚尿囊腔和卵黄囊两种给药途径将药物注入鸡胚,孵育48 h后收取鸡胚尿囊液进行血凝试验来评价药物在鸡胚内的抗病毒效应。结果桂枝挥发油无论经尿囊腔还是卵黄囊途径预防方式给药均对鸡胚尿囊液的血凝滴度无明显影响,但治疗方式给药有一定降低作用;桂皮醛经尿囊腔预防方式给药对血凝滴度无明显影响,但治疗方式给药、及经卵黄囊途径的治疗与预防方式给药,均能明显降低血凝滴度。结论桂枝挥发油、桂皮醛在鸡胚内具有良好的抗流感病毒作用,以治疗方式给药效果相对为优,桂皮醛可能是其抗病毒效应的主要成分之一。Objective To study the effect of anti-influenza virus of the volatile oil of Ramulus Cinnamomi and Cinnamaldehyde in chick embryo. Methods The chick embryos were treated with different dosages of 2 kinds of drugs,which were injected into the allantoic cavity and vitelline sac respectively in preventive and therapeutic administration way.Allantoic fluid was collected after incubation for 48h,and allantoic fluid HA on the chick embryo level were used as measurement indicators. Results The volatile oil of Ramulus Cinnamomi showed no effect on the allantoic fluid HA after the chick embryos were treated with it either by the allantoic cavity injection or by the vitelline sac injection in the preventive administration way,showing decrease action in the therapeutic administration way.Meanwhile,the allantoic fluid HA was significantly decreased after the chick embryos were treated with Cinnamaldehyde by vitelline sac injection in the preventive or therapeutic administration way,while treated with it by the allantoic cavity injection in the therapeutic administration way. Conclusion The volatile oil of Ramulus Cinnamomi and Cinnamaldehyde has a significant effect of anti-influenza virus in chick embryo,whose effect is better in therapeutic administration way.Cinnamaldehyde may be the effective ingredient of the volatile oil of Ramulus Cinnamomimenthone on the effect of anti-influenza virus.
