摘　　要：目的首次初步考察不同贮藏条件对对桃仁活血化淤作用的影响,为进一步开展桃仁贮藏养护方法的研究奠定基础。方法以不同贮藏条件分组贮存桃仁药材,18个月后以小鼠剪尾法观察各组桃仁水煎液对小鼠出血时间的影响,内眦球后静脉丛取血法观察各组桃水煎液仁对小鼠凝血时间的影响。结果贮藏18个月后,以冷冻干燥技术处理、真空袋包装、与明矾同贮于阴凉环境下的桃仁药材对小鼠的出血时间和凝血时间仍然有明显的延长作用。结论根据实验结果,桃仁宜以真空包装,与明矾同贮于阴凉库中。Objective To study the effects of Persicae Semen on the promotion of blood circulation and removal of blood stasis under different storage conditions for laying a firm foundation for the futher research on storage method of Persicae Semen. Methods To study the effects of persicae semen which had been stored in diferent conditions for one and a half years on bleeding time by cutting tails and coagulation time by sampled post-globle veins blood in mice. Results Persicae Semen stored in cool and shade conditions with Alum and vacuum package after freeze drying for one and a half years still had the effects of prolonging bleeding time and coagulation time in mice. Conclusion Persicae Semen should be stored in condition with vacuum package.
