青天葵与其易淆品番薯叶的叶形态脉序图谱的鉴别特征

摘　　要：目的寻找青天葵与其易淆品番薯叶的鉴别特征,建立有效的鉴别方法。方法 LMVP(叶形态-脉序图谱鉴别法),QAERM(定量分析评价鉴别中药品种真伪的可靠方法)。结果主要区别点:青天葵的叶基下延,不达缘环结的贯柄型弧形脉序,干叶可见二级脉与一级脉交联成网,鲜叶的主脉(12～29条)向上下交替凸起;番薯的叶基不下延,不达缘环结的掌状-羽状脉序或达缘掌状-羽状脉序,二级脉与一级脉不交联成网,鲜叶的主脉(1条)不呈向上下交替凸起。同时以上述四组区别点为指标,鉴别结果的正确性(Ac)=99.6%～100%;重复性为符合率(ARO)=99.6%,一致性强度(Kappa)=0.99。结论建立的"叶形态-脉序图谱鉴别法"可准确鉴别青天葵及易淆品番薯叶。操作简便、快速、价廉、可靠性强。Objective To study the identification characters of Nervilia fordii and its confused herb Ipomoea batatas so to establish an identification method. Methods LMVP（leaf morphological-venation pattern for identification Chinese herbs）,and QAERM（quantitatively analyze and evaluate reliability for the method of identification Chinese herbs） were applied to the study. Results The main difference of the leaf of Nervilia fordii： leaf base decurrent;camptodromous brochidodromous campylodromous venation and run down through petiole;dry leaf primary vein and secondary vein crisscross into a network;the chief veins（primary vein 14-29） of fresh leaf are prominent up and down in turn.The main differences of the leaf of Ipomoea batatas：leaf base not decurrent;camptodromous brochidodromous actinodromous-pinnate venation and craspedodromous actinodromous-pinnate venation;the primary vein and secondary vein is not crisscross;the chief vein（1） is not prominent up and down in turn.With the mentioned four groups of key differences,the two plants could be successfully identified from each other.The accuracy of identification results（AC） was from 99.6% to 100%,the repeatability of identification results：agreement rate for observation（ARO） was 99.6% and Kappa value was 0.99. Conclusion The established method is simple,rapid,economic and reliable
