摘　　要：该文肯定了以"心主神明观"为指导的传统中医脑病学说的积极作用和历史意义,同时从脑主神明观探讨中医脑病生理病理特点、证治思路及防护思想,认为脑主神明指导下的新中医脑病学是对传统认识的继承和发扬,符合临床实践和时代发展需要。The positive role and historical significance of the TCM encephalopathy theory,which is guided by views of heart governing spirit,was affirmed in this paper.Meanwhile,according to views of brain governing spirit,the physiological and pathological characteristics,thinking path of treatment and thoughts of prevention ＆ protection were discussed.As it is thought,the theory of new chinese medical encephalopathy,guided by views of brain governing spirit,was to inherit and carry forward traditional opinion.It met the needs of clinical practice and times development.
