口服抗病毒药物提醒模式对艾滋病患者治疗效果的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨口服抗病毒药物提醒模式对艾滋病患者治疗效果的影响。方法:将104例口服抗病毒药物治疗的艾滋病患者随机分为实验1、2、3组和对照组各26例,对照组采用常规指导,实验1、2、3组在此基础上服药时分别采用提醒器、日历、药盒3种提醒模式;分别于干预前和干预3个月、6个月抽静脉血检测CD4+水平,并进行比较。结果:四组干预3个月、6个月CD4+水平与干预前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验1、2、3组干预3个月、6个月CD4+水平与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且干预6个月实验1组与实验2、3组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:采取服药提醒模式后,患者漏服、迟服情况明显改善,从而达到良好治疗效果,特别提醒器提醒模式可明显提高患者口服药物依从性和时效性,治疗效果最佳,值得推广应用。Objective：To investigate the impact of reminding mode for taking oral antiviral drugs on the treatment effect in AIDS patients. Methods ：104 AIDS patients who received oral antiviral drug therapy were randomly divided into the experimental group 1,2,3 and the control group （ 26 cases in each group）. The patients in the control group received conventional instruction;3 kinds of reminding modes like reminder,calendar and kit were respectively used to remind patients of taking drugs in the experimental group 1,2 and 3 on the basis of the conventional instruction. The CD4^＋ level was respectively tested before intervention and after intervention for 3 and 6 months, and the results were compared. Results ：The difference of CD4^＋ level in the 4 groups was statistically significant after intervention for 3 and 6 months compared with that before intervention （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; the comparison of CD4^＋ level after intervention for 3 and 6 months was significantly different in the experiment group 1,2 and 3 compared with that in the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; the difference in the comparison of CD4^＋ level was statistically significant between the experimental group 1 and the experimental group 2 and 3 after intervention for 6 months （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： The situation of forgetting and delaying taking drugs has significantly reduced since the reminding mode was used,so that the good treatment effect has been achieved. The application of reminding mode can significantly improve patient treatment compliance and enhance their awareness of taking drugs on time.
