摘　　要：依据中铝上铜高精度板带产线MES实施现状,介绍了制造执行系统(MES)在有色铜加工行业实现自上而下全面制造管理实际应用概况;分析了该系统针对有色金属加工行业的加工工艺复杂、生产流程多变、自动化程度相对较低的普遍情况,所对应具备的先进、合理的技术架构及适用、有效的功能设计特点。Based on situation of MES implementation of high-precision sheet and strip production line in CHINALCO Shanghai Copper Co., Ltd., the paper introduces the overview of manufacturing execution systems（MES） in the practical application of nonferrous copper processing industry. Aiming at common conditions of non-ferrous metals industry, such as complicated processing technique, variable production process and low automation degree, the papers presents many advanced and reasonable technical frame characteristics and suitable and effective functional design characteristics.
