摘　　要：目的:探讨使用普通腹腔镜器械施行经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术的手术方法及可行性。方法:回顾分析2010年5月至2011年4月使用普通腹腔镜器械为67例患者行经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床资料。结果:3例中转三孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术,64例成功施行经脐单孔腹腔镜手术;手术时间65～145 min,平均82.4 min。术后无创面出血、胆管损伤、胆管狭窄等并发症发生。结论:在熟练掌握腹腔镜胆囊切除术的基础上,使用普通腹腔镜手术器械行经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术安全、有效,基本不增加患者的医疗费用,同时可达到腹壁无疤痕的效果,值得在基层医院推广应用。Objective：To explore the operative method and feasibility of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy（TUSLC） using common laparoscopic instruments.Methods：Clinical data of 67 patients who underwent TUSLC with ordinary laparoscopic instruments from May 2010 to Apr.2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Results：Three cases were converted to three-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy.64 cases of TUSLC were successful.There were no any complications such as wound bleeding,bile duct injury,or bile duct stricture after operation.The surgery time was 65 to 145 min,the average was 82.4 min.Conclusions：TUSLC using ordinary laparoscopic instruments is not only safe and effective,but inexpensive and beautiful with non-scarring for the patients,if surgeons master the laparoscopic cholecystectomy expertly.Thus,this kind of operation is worth promoting in primary hospitals.
