摘　　要：采用问卷调查法和访谈法,对河北省乒乓球后备人才培养的管理和经营状况进行调查研究,旨在为河北省乒乓球后备人才培养的可持续发展提供理论依据,同时为我国乒乓球后备人才培养提供参考。By using the methods of questionnaire and interviewer, this article analyses the situation of the table tennis reserve talents cultivating management in Hebei province, in order to provide some theoretical basis for them to develop sustainably, as well as some references for those of our country.
