摘　　要：Protocol buffers协议是Google公司开发的高效数据序列化协议.它具有与平台无关、语言无关、体积小、高性能等特点,在一些对数据实时性要求比较高的场合,XML已不能完全胜任,基于股票数据的动态变化特性,以Android系统为平台,对于XML和Protocol buffers协议从不同方面进行了比较研究,最后得出Protocol buffers在某些应用场景下代替XML可以获得更佳效能的结论.Protocol buffers is high-efficient serialization protocol developed by Google.It is language-neutral,platform-neutral,smaller,faster and simpler.XML does not meet the requirements of the high real time,the paper study the XML and Protocol buffers by the example of stock data in Android.Finally,it comes to the conclusion that the protocol buffers can have a better result instead of xml in some application.
