摘　　要：通过调查辽宁省优秀运动员的学历、学习态度、学习时间安排、课程设置等现状,从宏观的体制因素、中观的环境因素和微观的个体因素三个层次分析影响优秀运动员文化教育的因素,有针对性地提出相应的对策,旨在为完善优秀运动员的文化教育提供参考。By teasing the current situation of sports elites＇ educational backgrounds, study attitudes, arrangements of their learning time and curriculum design, the thesis mainly discussed the cultural education＇ for sports elites. The factors affecting their cultural education were analyzed in the thesis from three levels, which were macroscopic system factor, moderate environmental factor and microcosmic individual factor. The thesis provided some countermeasures to Deflect the cultural education for snorts elites.
