摘 要:目的探索以问题为基础的健康教育对妇科癌症术后患者自我护理能力及心理状况的影响。方法选择2009年1月至2011年12月就诊的68例妇科癌症术后患者,机械抽样随机将其中45例分为观察组,采取以问题为基础的健康教育;余者23例分为对照组,采取一般健康教育模式。比较2组健康教育的效果。结果干预后观察组自我护理技能评分(20.4±5.8)分、自我责任感评分(27.6±9.4)分、自我概念评分(15.7±8.3)分及自我护理能力评分(111.6±20.3)分,显著高于对照组的(11.6±4.4)分、(17.3±6.5)分、(7.4±5.1)分及(53.2±12.8)分。干预后观察组SAS评分(11.6±4.4)分及SDS评分(17.3±6.5)分,显著低于对照组的(20.4±5.8)分及(27.6±9.4)分。结论将以问题为基础的健康教育应用于妇科癌症术后患者,可显著提高其自我护理能力,改善其焦虑抑郁心理。Objective To explore the effect of problem-based health education on self-care ability and psychological situation of gynecological cancer patients after surgery. Methods 68 cases after gyne- cological cancer from January 2009 to December 2011 in our department for treatment were chosen. By taking mechanical sampling method, 45 cases were randomly set as the observation group, which took prob- lem-based health education. Other 23 cases were set as the control group, which adopted general health e- ducation model. The effect of health education was compared between two groups. Results In the observa- tion group, the self-care skills score was (20.4+5.8), self-responsibility score(27.6±9.4), the self-concept score (15.7±8.3) and self-care ability score (111.6±20.3), significant higher than those of the control group, which were (11.6 ±4A) ,(17.3 ± 6.5), (7.4 ± 5.1) and (53.2 ± 12.8). The SAS score was (11.6 ± 4A) and SDS score was (17.3 ± 6.5) in the observation group, significantly lower than (20.4 ± 5.8) and (27.6 ± 9.4) of the control group. Conclusions Application of problem-based health education in gynecological cancer patients can significantly improve their self-care capacity and patients" anxiety and depression.
