摘　　要：发展现代农业,必须加快转变农业发展方式,建立现代农业科技传播推广体系。现代农业背景下,需要通过协调理顺若干重大关系、培育发展多元主体、整合集聚共享资源和创新提升手段机制,探索实践农业科技传播推广的有效途径和长效机制。In order to develop modern agriculture, the agricultural development way must be sped up to develop the modern agricultural scientific promotion and extension system. In the modern agriculture environment, the effective way and long-term mechanism of the agricultural scientific dissemination and extension were explored by coordinating different important relationship, developing multi body, integrating the co-sharing re- source and innovating the promoting methods and mechanism.
