摘　　要：农业是关系到社会生存与稳定的基础产业,农业与环境资源安全对农业和国民经济持续发展有着非常重大的影响。本文在阐述环境因素与农业经济发展之间相互关系的基础上,分析了湘西自治州农业资源安全与环境安全的基本现状,并就此提出了有利于实现和推动湘西农业经济持续发展的对策建议。Agriculture is the basic industry which can affect the existence and stabilization of society. So the agricultural environment safety will have a great impact on agriculture and sustainable development of national economy. Based on the expatiation of interactive relation of environment of agricultural economy, analyzed the basic situation of agricultural resource safety and environment safety in Xiangxi, and put forward several pol- icy suggestions on how to realize and promote the sustainable development of agricultural economy of Xiangxi.
