摘　　要：分析当前车务系统在安全风险管理方面存在的安全风险意识不强、安全教育培训不够、安全管理体制不健全等问题;从安全风险教育、安全风险基础管理、安全风险过程控制、安全风险应急处置等角度提出了改进措施。The existing problems of train operation system in safety risk management were analyzed, including the rare awareness of risk on the safety, the lack of the safety education, and the shortcoming of the safety administration system, etal; some resolution and optimization methods were put forward which were concentrated on the education of safety risk, basis administration of safety risk, progress controlling of safety risk, emergency disposal of safety risk, etal.
