摘　　要：在大型公共建筑中,医院的用能系统复杂多样,能耗及费用居高,节能空间很大。本文以湖南Guangde医院的节能诊断为基础,介绍了医院节能的宏观环境,分析了医院的用能规律、节能对策。本文的创新之处是:用线性规划工具来选择节能改造方案,用设备、技术、管理相结合的思路来研究节能对策。In large public building, the hospital＇s energy system complex, high energy consumption and cost, energy saving of large space. This article take the Hunan Guangde hospital energy saving diagnosis for the foundation, introduced hospital energy saving macro environment, analysis of the hospital energy law, energy saving measures. The innovation of this article is： using linear programming tool to select energy-saving reform project, equipment, technology, management the idea of combining to the study of energy saving measures.
