摘  要:分别将石英砂、磷酸钠和自制除铅剂用于废杂铜火法精炼除铅。采用直读光谱仪和ICP对炉前样品和炉渣进行铅含量检测,研究3种添加剂对铜熔体和炉渣的影响。结果表明,自制除铅剂的除铅效果优于石英砂和磷酸钠,其能够使铜熔体中铅含量降低59%,并且炉渣蓬松含铜低。The quartz sand, sodium phosphate and self-made lead removal agent were respectively used to remove lead from scrap copper by pyrometallurgical refining. The contents of lead in on-the-spot sample and slag were detected by direct reading spectrometer and ICP to study the effects of three kinds of addictive agents on copper smelting body and slag. The research results showed that compared with quartz sand and sodium phosphate, the self-made lead removal agent had better effects on lead removal, and it could make the lead content of copper melt reduced by 59%, and the slag was fluffy and had low copper content.
