摘　　要：本试验旨在研究日粮中添加抗菌肽和抗生素对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响。选用144头平均体重为(7.32±0.45)kg的杜×长×大三元杂交断奶仔猪,采用4×2析因设计,研究了日粮中添加4个抗菌肽水平(0、1、3、5g/kg)和2个抗生素(恩拉霉素+抗敌素)水平(0、20mg/kg+20mg/kg)对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响。试验设8个处理组,每组3个重复,每个重复6头猪。试验期为28d,分为前期(1～14d)和后期(15～28d)2个阶段。试验结果表明,抗菌肽和抗生素显著影响断奶仔猪的前期、后期和全期的平均日增重和腹泻率(P<0.05);其中联合添加3g/kg抗菌肽和20mg/kg恩拉霉素、20mg/kg抗敌素,显著提高了断奶仔猪的平均日增重,降低了料重比和腹泻率(P<0.05)。由此可知,抗菌肽和抗生素可一定程度上改善断奶仔猪生长性能,且两者有互作效应。In order to investigate the effect of antibacterial peptide and antibiotics on growth performance in weaned piglets, a feeding trial was conducted and 144 healthy Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire crossbred weaned piglets with an average weight of（7.32±0.45） kg in a 4×2 factorial design trial were randomly assigned to 8 groups （3 replicates per group and 6 piglets per replicate）. Supplemental levels of antibacterial peptide protease were 0, 1, 3 and 5 g/kg, respectively, and supplemental levels of antibiotics protease were 0, 20 mg/kg enramycin and 20 mg/kg colistin, respectively. The experiment lasted for 28 d, inclu- ding early period （1 to 14 d）and later period （15 to 28 d）. The results showed that antibacterial peptide protease and antibiotics protease had significant effects on average daily gain （ADG） ,feed/gain （F/G） and diarrhea ratio during early period, later peri- od and the whole period （P〈0.05）. Supplementation with 3 g/kg antibacterial peptide protease with 20 mg/kg enramycin and 20 mg/kg colistin antibiotics protease had significantl＆ increasing effects on ADG and decreasing effects on F/G and diarrhea ratio （P〈0.05）. In conclusion, antibacterial peptide and antibiotics protease could improve the growth performance of weaned piglets to some degree. And their interaction on growth performance was found.
