新型非道路卧式柴油机机体结构及动态特性分析

摘  要:针对自主创新设计开发的非道路龙门卧式柴油机机体,分析了龙门卧式机体的结构特点,建立了机体装配组件有限元模型并通过自由模态试验进行了验证,计算分析了龙门卧式机体结构低阶固有频率和振型,并与传统隧道卧式机体结构的低阶模态进行了对比分析.研究结果表明:新型非道路卧式柴油机龙门机体结构紧凑、润滑油道短、冷却效果好、铸造和加工方便;其低阶固有频率较高,整体刚性较好,各阶模态固有频率均大于500 Hz.In order to design and develop the gantry cylinder block of an off - road horizontal diesel engine with high - efficiency and low - emissions, the structural characteristics of the horizontal gantry body is analyzed. A numerical simulation model of the assembly components is built and verified by the freedom modal test. The low -level natural frequencies and mode shapes of the gantry horizontal body are then calculated and analyzed. The low order modes between the new type gantry horizontal body and the traditional tunnel horizontal body structure are also compared and analyzed. The results indicate that the gantry type cylinder block of new - type horizontal diesel engine is compact and light in weight, that its lubricating oil passages are shot, and that it has good cool- ing effect as well as easy casting and machining. The low - order natural frequency of cylinder block is higher and overall rigid is good. The natural frequency of all order modal is greater than 500Hz.
