海南农民信息需求的障碍性因素调查及启示

摘　　要：对海南农民信息需求的现状及影响农民获取信息的障碍因素进行了实地调查,分析收回的572份有效问卷,结果表明:海南农民获取信息的手段单一,关注的信息主要集中在农业技术层面;造成这种结果的主要原因是农民的文化素质低、经济条件差和硬件设备落后。为避免加大信息贫富差距,建议政府逐步规范信息市场秩序,加大力度的培养农村信息人才。Invested the Hainan farmers＇ information demand situation and influence factors, questionnaire （valid questionnaires 572） analysis showed that： Hainan farmers to obtain information by a single mean, focused on agricultural information technology level; the main reasons were the low cultural quality of the peasants, poor economic conditions and the hardware equipment. Recommendations for avoiding increase the information gap between the rich and the poor, the government should gradually standardized information market order, develop rural information talent.
