摘　　要：大型科学仪器设备共享是节约财政资金、合理配备资源、促进科技工作发展的一项重要举措。现实管理中,大型仪器设备共享仍然存在着资产重复配置、资源整合度不够、共享意识不高、评价激励机制不完善等问题。本文拟在分析共享问题的基础上,从配置、使用、评价与激励几个方面提出合理化建议。Sharing large instrument and equipment is an important measure of economizing financial resources, allocating resources reasonably and promoting scientific undertaking. In the present management, many problems are still existing in sharing large instrument and equipment, such as overlapping and low integrity in resources allocation, low awareness in sharing, faultiness in evaluating and inspiring. Under analyzing problems above, rationalization proposals are brought forward in allocation, using, evaluation and inspiration.
