摘　　要：目的探讨综合性医院住院病房中结核菌阳性老年肺结核的临床特点,以提高对本病的认识。方法回顾性分析2010年5月—2011年5月住院的结核菌阳性老年肺结核46例患者的临床表现、辅助检查及治疗方法。结果治愈、好转40例,死亡6例。结论近年来老年肺结核发病率高,结核菌阳性老年肺结核患者基础疾病多,临床症状不典型,易漏诊、误诊,病死率较高,应给予及早痰抗酸杆菌及动态胸部CT检查,早期诊断和治疗。Objective To improve the understanding of the pulmonary tuberculosis with positive sputum m the aged population in General hospital. Methods The elinieal data of 46 elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis with positive spu-tum were retrospectively analyzed during the period of May 2010 to May 2011. Results 40 cases were cured and improveded, 7 cases died. Conclusion The incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in elderly patients is high. Patients with positive sputum had shown more atypical clinical characteristics and more complications and had a high misdiagnosis and miss diagnosis rate. An early diagnosis and treatment for special patients should be given as soon as possible.
