摘　　要：针对320t混铁水车滚动轴承故障诊断困难的问题,在分析了轴承故障的形成形式和发展过程后,结合实际检修需求,设计和完成了滚动轴承故障智能诊断系统。实践证明,该系统能很好的解决滚动轴承故障诊断的难题,为降低轴承故障率、提高备件质量管理水平、节约备件费用提供了一个可靠的依据。In dealing with the difficulties in trouble diagnosis of rolling bearings on the 320t Barrel type hot metal mix car,an intelligent diagnosis system was designed and realized through analyzing the causes and formation process of the bearing faults and based on actual maintenance requirements.Production practice has shown that this system can solve the diagnosis problems of bearing failures,providing a reliable basis for reducing bearing failure frequency,improving quality management for spare parts and save cost of spare parts.
