钢铁企业与铁路物流合作模式的探讨

摘　　要：概括介绍了马钢公司生产规模扩张过程中铁路运输的变化,根据外部资源及运输市场的发展,结合钢铁主线工艺及设备等改变对内部铁路物流的影响,分析总结了铁路运输在马钢股份公司物流总体中的地位及发展方向,针对外部运输在马钢铁路运输中比重的提高,以目前马钢与铁路间的"路企联合办公"运作模式为切入点,根据供应链物流管理的思想分析了上述合作模式的运用成果与不足,并提出了具体看法与建议。The evolution of railway transportation of Masteel during the expansion period of production scale is briefly introduced.The status and development direction of railway transportation in the logistics system of Masteel were analyzed and concluded based on external resources and the development of transportation market and in light of the effect of changes in the main steelmaking process as well as equipment in internal railway logistics.Regarding the growing gravity of external transportation in Masteel,taking the operating mode of ＂joined office between railway and steelmaker＂ as the cut-in point and based on the management concept of supply chain logistics,specific opinions and proposals were forwarded on both the advantages and shortcomings of the operation mode.
