摘　　要：经过对320t混铁水车大摆角车钩裂纹产生原因和部位进行分析,提出了相应的解决方案。实践表明,通过一定的方法对车钩裂纹的消除和焊接完全能满足公司生产的需求,大大降低了检修成本,也消除了存在的安全隐患。The causes of cracking on the big angle coupler of the 320t Barrel type hot-metal mix car was analyzed and relevant repair scheme was suggested.Practice results have shown that production requirement can be met through some proper method to eliminate and weld the cracks on the coupler,significantly reducing maintenance cost and removing safety risks.
