流动注射在线萃取FAAS法测定天然水中铅

摘　　要：提出了流动注射在线ＡＰＤＣ（吡咯烷二硫代氨基甲酸铵）络合水中铅，用 ＭＩＢＫ （甲基异丁基酮）萃取，自动注入ＦＡＡＳ（火焰原子吸收光谱法）测定，并采用了 因素轮换法对仪器操作条件进行优化实验结果表明该法简便、快速，精密度 （ＲＳ）为４．１１％，灵敏度Ｓ０为０．３４（μｇ·Ｌ－１／１％吸收），加标回收率为 ９４～ １０２％。The paper reports a method for the determination of Lead in water on -Line by FAAS using flow injection, compered with APDC, extracted with MIBK. The best analytic conditions are examined with factor shifting. The experimental results indicated that the method is simple, rapid, the precsion is 4. 11 %, the sensitivity is 0. 34 (μg' L-1/l % ), the recovery rate is 94~ 102 % with satisfactory results.
