摘　　要："兴边富民"行动在新生鄂伦春族乡取得了显著成效,对人口较少民族发展具有重要的启示与借鉴意义。实践证明,"兴边富民"行动是边疆少数民族发展的助推器,特别是对边疆人口较少民族发展具有重要作用。＂Bring prosperity to border areas and their residents＂ campaign has made remarkable achievement in Xinsheng Oroqen minority town which can be enlightening and significant for the development of ethnic groups with small populations.Practice has proved that the campaign can boost the development of the frontier minorities,especially the development of the frontier ethnic groups with small populations.
