摘　　要：内蒙古牧区可持续发展受到经济、社会和资源环境等诸多因素的影响,建立一套科学可行的预警系统是确保内蒙古牧区可持续发展的前提。在阐释构建可持续发展预警系统重要意义的基础上,通过综合运用主成分分析法和指标独立性分析法,对影响内蒙古牧区可持续发展的指标进行筛选,确定其可持续发展预警指标体系,分析体系的特点与构成,运用层次分析法对预警指标体系赋权,建立预警评价模型。The sustainable development of pastoral areas in Inner Mongolia is affected by such factors as economy,society,resources and environment.It is important to establish a set of early warning system scientifically and practically to ensure the sustainable development of pastoral areas in Inner Mongolia.This paper illustrates the significance of the construction of early warning system concerning the sustainable development of pastoral areas in Inner Mongolia,screens the indicators on the sustainable development of these areas through the method of principal component analysis and index independence analysis,so as to determine the early warning indicator system on sustainable development of the pastoral areas in Inner Mongolia,analyzes the characteristics and the constitution of the indicator system for the sustainable development of Inner Mongolia,and weighs the early warning indicator system and constructs the early warning model by analytic hierarchy process.
