摘　　要：随着全球经济一体化以及会计国际化进程的不断推进,中国会计标准体系逐步与国际惯例接轨。高校如何对国际化会计人才进行培养,应借鉴国际经验,参考对会计人才实践能力培养的先进模式,对现有的培养体系进行改进及完善。Following global economic integration and the deepening of accounting internationalization,the accounting standard system in China has come in line with international standards.In cultivating internationalized talents,colleges and universities should draw references from other countries,especially the advanced models for training the practical ability of accounting talents and perfect the present training system.
