摘　　要：随着教育信息化的不断普及,校园网在高校教学、科研和管理中的作用越来越重要,网络维护是保障校园网通畅的重要内容,针对校园网络故障多种多样,根据我院校园网维护工作中遇到的实际问题,探讨了校园网络故障中存在的各种人为因素。The role of the campus network is increasingly important in university teaching, research and management with the growing popularity of information technology in education. Network maintenance is important to protect the unobstructed campus network. The study explored the variety of human factors on the question of variety of campus network failure according to the practical problems of the campus network maintenance.
