摘 要:通过对宝钢1号高炉物料的现场取样及氯元素含量的测定,结合高炉生产数据对其氯平衡进行计算和分析。结果表明:宝钢1号高炉的实际吨铁氯负荷为406.476 g;47.12%的氯元素由烧结矿带入高炉,烧结矿是高炉氯元素的主要来源,其次是煤粉(12.67%)和焦炭(12.63%);高炉煤气带走质量分数为43.96%的氯元素,其次是炉渣(23.74%)和布袋灰(23.51%),氯元素主要通过煤气、炉渣、布袋灰排出;在重力除尘、布袋除尘、TRT、快速水封后煤气中的氯元素质量浓度分别为153.307,110.324,66.806,53.594 mg/m3;煤气管网喷淋水可脱除煤气中质量分数为37.30%的氯元素。The chlorine balance of No.1 blast furnace in Baosteel was calculated by spot sampling,chlorine element measurement and production data.The distribution of chlorine in pipeline net was analyzed with the calculation results.Results show that chlorine load of per ton iron of No.1 blast furnace in Baosteel is 406.476 g.47.12% of chlorine element is brought into blast furnace by sinter ore,and sinter ore is the main source of chlorine element in blast furnace,secondly are pulverized coal(12.67%)and coke(12.63%).Blast furnace gas can take away 43.96% chlorine element,slag 23.74%and cloth bag ash 23.51%.The chlorine element is mainly taken away by gas,slag and cloth bag ash.Chlorine concentration in gas after gravity dust separated,bag dust collected,TRT,water seal is 153.307,110.324,66.806,53.594 mg/m3,respectively.Spray water in the gas pipeline net can remove 37.30% of chlorine element in gas.
