摘  要:大型板带轧机机架是轧钢设备的核心部件,具有体积与质量大、精度要求高等特点,给数控加工精度控制带来很大的难度。分析引起轧机机架加工后精度丧失的因素,采用有限元法计算机架在加工位置的自重变形,通过侧立采样法进行误差补偿,减少因机架加工位置和实际工作位置不同而产生的自重变形误差。经检测加工的机架尺寸精度及形位精度均符合要求。Large strip rolling mill housing is a key part of rolling equipments,there is much difficulty in NC machining precision for its large volume,heavy weight and high precision.Factors which cause precision loss in NC machining of rolling-mill housing are analyzed.Gravitational distortion of rolling-mill housing at machining position is computed with finite element method,and error is compensated with side vertical sampling method.Error of gravitational distortion caused by the difference between machining position and working position is decreased.Testing results show by compensation the dimensional precision,and form and position precision of rolling-mill housing meet the requirements.
