摘　　要："检调对接"机制是检察机关与社会矛盾"大调解"机制的对接,是"大调解"模式在检察环节的充分运用,是化解矛盾纠纷、促进刑事和解的创新工作机制。拟在"检调对接"机制的实证及意义进行分析的基础上,结合彝族地区的特点,对彝族地区"检调对接"机制的构建提出一些建议。In this article,the author thinks that 'the mechanism of the connection in the prosecutorial with the conciliation' is a joint of between the procuratorial organs and social contradictions 'mediation' mechanism.It is a sufficient applies of the 'mediation' pattern to procuratorial work.It is also an innovating work mechanism to resolve contradictions and disputes,promote criminal reconciliation.This article means,based on significance and empirical analysis of 'the mechanism of the connection in the prosecutorial with the conciliation',combined with the characteristics of the Yi ethnic area,to put forward some suggestions on the construction of 'the mechanism of the connection in the prosecutorial with the conciliation' in Yi area.
