摘　　要：在印刷制版行业中,网点仪是必不可少的检测仪器。网点仪检测到的数据是电雕机雕刻参数设置的依据。利用视频和字符叠加芯片来实现网点仪的功能,这种技术可以使得网点仪更加小巧、轻便,同时采用单片机技术提高了网点仪的性价比,在网点仪技术设计上做了大胆创新。In the printing industry, Dots tester is necessary detective instrument, Data detected from dots tester are basis to set the carving parameters of the electric carving machine. The use of video frequency and character superimposition chip to realize the function of dots tester, can make the dots tester more compact and portable, at the same time the dots tester is improved cost-effectively by using SCU technology, a bold innovation is made in the design of dots tester technology.
