摘 要:目的研究低相对分子质量肝素(low molecular weight heparin,LMWH)对内毒素休克大鼠心肺组织的保护作用及其作用机制。方法动物实验大鼠分为空白组、模型组和LMWH组,每组6只,检测血压变化、生化指标和电镜测试结果来考察LMWH对内毒素休克大鼠心肺组织的保护作用。结果 LMWH组在注入内毒素(lipopolysaccharides,LPS)后早期出现与模型组类似的代偿状态,血压下降不明显;心组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性高于模型组,丙二醛(MDA)含量低于模型组,一氧化氮(NO)含量、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性低于模型组;肺组织中MDA含量明显低于模型组(P<0.01),NO含量、NOS活性及其乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性显著低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论 LMWH对内毒素休克大鼠心肺组织有一定保护作用。Objective To study the protective effect of low-molecular-weight heparin (LMWH) on the heart and lung tissues of endotoxic shock rats and its mechanism. Methods The animal experimental rats were divided into the blank group, model group and LMWH group, 6 cases in each group. The change of blood pressure, biochemical indicators and the electron microscope examination results were adopted to investigate the. protective effect of LMWH on heart and lung tissues in endotoxic shock rats. Results The LMWH group appeared the compensatory state at the eraly stage after injection of lipopolysaccharides(LPS) as same as LPS model group. The decrease of BP was not obvious. The SOD activity of the heart tissue in the LMWH group was sig- nificantly higher than that in the model group,the MDA content was lower than that in the model group, the NO content and the NOS activity were lower than those in the model control. The MDA content of the lung tissue in the LMWH group was significantly lower than that in the model group (P〈0.01), meanwhile, the NO content and activity of NOS and LDH were significantly lower than those in the model group (P〈0.05). Conclusion LMWH plays a certain protective effect on the heart and lung tissues of en- dotoxic shock rats.
