摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对喉癌患者术后自我效能的影响。方法将100例喉癌患者按时间分为对照组和实验组各50例，对照组采用常规护理，实验组在常规护理的基础上实施护理干预。在患者出院前进行自我效能的问卷调查。结果实验组在实施护理干预的情况下，自我效能得分为（34．58±1．26）分，对照组自我效能得分为（15．44±1．76）分，两组比较差异有统计学意义（t=5．72，P〈0．05）。结论护理干预可以提高喉癌患者术后的自我效能。Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on the self-efficacy of patients with laryngeal cancer after operation. Methods Totals of 100 patients with laryngeal cancer were divided into experiment group （n = 50） and control group （n = 50） by time. The routine nursing care was given to the patients in the control group and the nursing intervention was adopted in the experiment group on the basis of routine nursing care. They were investigated with the self-efficacy questionnaire before they discharged. Results The score of the self-efficacy of the experiment group was （34. 58 ~ 1.26）, and that of the control group was （ 15.44 ± 1.76）, and the difference was statistically significant （ t = 5.72, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The nursing intervention can improve the self-efficacy of patients with laryngeal cancer after operation.
