正压留置针在消化内科患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察正压无针连接式留置针在消化内科患者中的应用效果。方法将2011年1—7月住院治疗的120例患者，按随机数字法分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组使用普通留置针，观察组使用正压无针连接式留置针。比较两组留置针回血、堵管、输液器与留置针连接部位脱落、输液外渗、护理人员针刺伤以及留置针留置时间等指标发生情况的差异。结果两组留置针回血、堵管、输液器与留置针连接部位脱落、输液外渗、护理人员针刺伤的发生率、留置针留置时间的差异均有统计学意义（x2分别为22．547，19．417，5．217，5．926，8．571；P〈0．05），对照组留置针留置时间为（3．32±0．28）d，观察组为（4．75±0．21）d，差异有统计学意义（t=4．231，P〈0．01）。结论正压无针连接式留置针较少发生回血、堵管、外渗及针头脱落等情况，同时可以减少护士针刺伤的风险，提高了护理质量，减轻了护士工作量，具有良好的临床应用效果。Objective To observe the clinical effect of positive pressure lien needle on the digesting internal medicine patients. Methods Totals of 120 patients from January to July in 2011 were randomly divided into control group （ n = 60 ） and observation group （ n = 60 ）. Control group adopted the ordinary reservation needles, and observation group adopted the positive pressure lien needle. Returning of blood, tube blocking, the infusion hurt, and the leaving-alone needle connection spot falls off, the exosmosis, the nursing staff needle stabbing, needle leaving time and so on were observed. Results There was significantly difference was found between two groups in the incidence of returning of blood, tube blocking, the infusion hurt, and the leaving-alone needle connection spot falls off, the exosmosis, the nursing staff needle stabbing （ x2 = 22. 547,19. 417,5. 217, 5. 926,8. 571 ,respectively;P 〈0.05 ）. The needle leaving time of observation group was （4.75 ±0.21 ）days, and that of the control group was （3.32 ± 0. 28 ）days, and the difference was statistically significant （t = 4.231, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions Applying of the needle of positively pressurized needle-free connection type can reduce the occurrence of blooding,exosmosis and needle falling off, and reduce the risk of needle-stick injury for nurses, which improve the quality of nursing and relieve the workload of nurses.
