摘　　要：通过对科技型中小企业融资结构微观影响因素理论分析,基于协整及误差修正模型方法,对我国科技型中小企业融资结构微观影响因素从长期和短期角度进行实证分析,发现影响因素中企业规模对融资结构短期影响显著,盈利能力和抵押价值与融资结构负相关。This paper applies theoretical analysis on micro factors of financial structure of Chinese high-tech SMEs and empirical analysis on micro factors of financial structure from the perspective of long-term and short-term based on contegration test and ECM. The test results are that enterprise scale has significant effect on financial structure from the perspective of short-term, and that profit ability and tangibility has negative correlation with financial structure.
