经济发展方式转变背景下的大学生创业与创新创业教育

摘　　要：通过对大学生就业难这一现象进行分析,笔者认为社会对知识不能充分利用的原因在于"资源驱动"的经济发展方式,进一步指出经济发展方式转变的方向是"创新驱动"。同时,利用知识经济学原理对"创新驱动"的组织机制进行了探析,论证了这个机制是知识劳动者在技术性知识和制度性知识创新基础上开展的"知识型创业"并论证了"知识型创业"和创新创业教育的关系。Having analyzed the phenomenon that it＇s hard for graduates to find jobs, the author believes that the reason why our society can＇t make good use of knowledge lies in the source-driving model, further pointing out that the changing direction of economic developing method is still connected with source driving. And then the author again analyzes the creation-driving organization function through knowledge-economic principle and argues the organization function is a knowledge-type creation of occupations developed by knowledgeable labours on the basis of technical knowledge and systematic knowledge. Finally, the author concentrates on the relationship between knowledge-type occupation creation and newly created enterprise-starting education.
