摘　　要：文章以汽车安全为切入点,从燃油胶管方面进行简要分析,重点论述了整车上燃油胶管的6种失效模式(胶管爆裂、漏油、渗油、脱出、剥皮、老化龟裂),以及相应的原因和应对措施,以提高零件质量可靠性,减少胶管问题对客户、社会的危害。With vehicle safety as a starting point, the paper briefly introduces fuel hose and mainly elaborates six failure modes of robber hose, namely, robber hose burst, fuel leakage, spilling, pulling off, skinning, aging and crack and the cor- responding causes and countermeasures so as to improve the quality reliability of parts and lessen the damage to customers and society.
