关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术30例全程护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术的全程护理方法及效果。方法:对30例采用双枚股骨横穿钉(RIGIDfix)固定股骨端和带鞘锥形膨胀挤压螺钉(Intrafix)固定胫骨端关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术的患者实施全程护理,进行系统的康复功能锻炼指导,并对其效果进行客观评价。结果:本组30例患者均获得随访,术后膝关节活动范围均超过120°,无伸膝受限,Lysholm评分明显提高(P<0.01)。结论:实施全程护理,进行系统的康复功能锻炼指导,对恢复膝关节活动度、患肢负重、平衡能力及重建患膝本体感觉具有十分重要的意义。Objective：To investigate the methods of whole course nursing care and the effect in the reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligaments under arthroscope. Methods ：30 patients who were treated with RIGIDfix and Intrafix for the reconstruction of anterior crueiate lig- aments under arthroscope were given whole course nursing care,including the systematic guidance on functional exercise and rehabilitation and its effect was evaluated. Results：All patients were followed up. The motion range of knee joint after operation was more than 120° and no extension restriction, Lysholm score increased obviously （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：The implementation of whole course nursing care and systematic guidance on functional exercise and rehabilitation is of significance in the patient recovery of motion range of knee joint, weight - bearing of the affected limb, balancing ability and reconstruction of knee proprioception.
