摘　　要：慢性前列腺炎是一种男性常见、多发性疾病,临床以发病缓慢、反复发作、症状多样、缠绵难愈为特点,严重影患者的身心健康和生活质量。西医对本病发病机制尚未完全阐明,缺乏特效治疗方法,而中医药在治疗慢性前列腺炎方面有独特优势。本文从中医药对慢性前列腺炎的认识及治疗优势、研究现状几个方面进行了介绍,并对慢性前列腺炎的中医药科学研究进行了较为深入的思考。旨在发挥中医药在治疗前列腺炎的优势,与西医治疗方法相结合,形成最优的治疗方案,以提高临床疗效。Chronic prostatitis is a common disease with high incidence of man. It has the characteristics of slow clinical onset, varied recurrent symptoms and hard to be cured, which affect the physical and mental health and life quality of patients severely. The pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated in western medicine and there is no specific treatment to this disease. Chinese medicine has its own unique advantages in the treatment of chronic prostatitis. This article introduces the understanding of Chinese medicine, treatment advantages and research status of chronic prostatitis. A more in-depth thinking of the Chinese medicine reseach for the chronic prostatitis has been elaborated in this article. The purpose is to combine the advantages of Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of prostatitis to improve the clinical efficacy.
