慢性前列腺炎从瘀论治再探

摘　　要：从古代文献瘀阻理论的认识,探索慢性前列腺炎病因病机发展转归及其与瘀阻理论的关系,为慢性前列腺炎从瘀论治提供理论依据。同时,介绍了瘀阻理论指导下的常规疗法和脐疗法、经会阴超声疗法。In order to support the treatment method originated from blood stasis theoretics of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） for chronic prostatitis （CP）, we have studied transformation of etiology and pathogenesis of TCM in patients with chronic prostatitis, and the relationship between the blood stasis and the etiology and pathogenesis. In addition, we introduced conventional therapy and umbilical therapy, transperineal ultrasound therapy of CP developed based on the blood stasis theoretics.
