摘　　要：湖南城乡一体化建设取得了一定成效,但城乡发展差距大的状况没有根本改变。在新的历史条件下,湖南城乡一体化建设,必须立足实际,切实做好城乡一体化规划工作;以组团式城市群发展为核心优化城镇体系布局,强化对乡村的带动力;依托产业集群壮大城乡经济,统筹城乡发展;重视人居环境建设提升城乡一体化品位;稳步推进体制改革和政策创新营造良好的外部环境。We made some achievements in the urban-rural integration construction in Hunan, but there is still a big gap between urban and rural development. In the new age, we should take the following measures to speed up the urban-rural integration construction in Hunan： planning well urban and rural development, optimizing urban system arrangement and strengthening urban＇s driving force to rural development, balancing urban and rural development, paying great attention to the living condition of urban and rural areas, promoting steadily system reform and policy in- novation to create good external environment.
