摘　　要：充分认识《成渝经济区区域规划》法制的法律属性,才能尊重其统一性、权威性和确定性。落实《成渝经济区区域规划》,需要解决经济区面临的行政法治问题。实现成渝经济区区域经济一体化,需要法治一体化作保障。Only the legal feature of ＂The Regional Planning of Chengdu - Chongqing Economic Zone＂ has fully understood can its unity, its authority and its absolution be stressed. And only the administrative law faced with the economic zone has been coped with can the planning be put into practice. The unity of economic zones between Chengdu - Chongqing requires the unity of the rule of law.
