高校后勤社会化背景下的大学生思想政治工作探究

摘　　要：高校后勤工作蕴含着丰富的思想政治教育内容,是开展大学生思想政治教育的重要阵地,高校后勤工作者也属于思想政治教育工作者的范畴。高校后勤社会化以后,收费制度的实施给大学生的心理带来了影响,公寓制管理弱化了传统的班级教育功能,市场化的服务不利于培养学生自立自强的品质。应对高校后勤社会化改革给思想政治工作带来的挑战,需要我们创新思想政治教育的理念,加强学生公寓的党团建设,并充分发挥大学生的自我教育作用。In Colleges, the logistics service embodies full political and ideological education and is an important position to do the job. So the staff of logistics service plays the role of political and ideological education. After the reform, the charge - system has an effect on the students＇ psychology, the department management weakens the function of traditional class education and the marketing service has a negative influenee on the students＇ quality of self - reliance and self - improvement. For these challenges, the logistics service should have such new idea as the establishment of the Party and Youth League so as to make students self- disciplined.
