摘 要:为了实现空调的虚拟装配,以车用空调为例,在DELMIA软件中构建车用空调虚拟装配环境,利用"反装"的思路对车用空调的装配序列、装配路径进行了规划,并通过干涉碰撞检查,查找和分析干涉碰撞原因,以便及时对装配序列和装配路径做出调整,最终获得车用空调合理的装配序列与装配路径,通过装配过程仿真进一步验证了装配序列和装配路径的合理性.装配过程仿真结果表明该方法对产品的装配有重要的指导意义,可以缩短产品开发周期,降低装配成本,提高产品质量.To achieve the virtual assembly of air conditioners, the automotive air conditioner is taken as an example. The virtual assembly environment is created in DELMIA. Based on the idea of reverse assembling, the assembling sequence and assembling route are planned. By using the check of contact and clash, we can look for the contact and clash in order to adjust the assembling sequence and assembling route in time. Finally we can get the reasonable sequence and route. Then the assembling process simulation further validates the assembling sequence and assembling route. The result of simulation reveals that this method plays an important part in product assembly. It can reduce the time and cost of the product design and enhance the product quality.
