流式细胞药敏试验在肺癌化疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨流式细胞药敏试验在肺癌化疗中的意义。方法用流式细胞术对肺癌患者纤维支气管镜检查标本进行药物敏感实验,并根据药敏结果指导临床用药。结果各化疗药物敏感率分别为长春瑞滨(31.25%),紫杉醇(22.92%),多西紫杉醇(29.17%),吉西他滨(22.92%),顺铂(20.83%),卡铂(18.75%),依托泊苷(37.50%),长春瑞滨+顺铂(52.08%),依托泊苷+顺铂(50.00%),吉西他滨+顺铂(41.67%)。指导化疗组有效率(72.91%)明显好于经验化疗组(40.91%)。结论流式细胞药敏试验有助于临床筛选有效药物,选择有效的化疗方案。Objective To explore clinical significance detected by flow cytometry. Methods The drug sensitivity for cer patients was detected by flow cytometry, and the sensitive of the chemotherapy sensitiveness of lung cancer the fiberobronchoscope specimens from lung can- drugs were chosen according to the results of the tests. Results The susceptibility rates of vinorelbine, paclitaxel,docetaxe, gemcitabine, cisplatinl,carboplatin, etoposide,vinorelbine ＋cisplatin,etoposide ＋cisplatin and gemcitabine ＋ cisplatin were 31.25%, 22.92%, 29.17%, 22.92%, 20.83%, 18.75%, 37.50%, 52.08%, 50.00% and 41.67%, respectively. The efficacious rate in test group （72.91%） was significantly higher than that in control group （40.91%）. Conclusion The drug sensitiveness test detected by flow cytometry is beneficial to choose effective drugs and optimalize chemothera- py scheme.
