摘 要:目的评价ACL TOP血凝仪上PT衍算法(PT-der法)和Clauss法相结合检测纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,Fib)的可行性。方法分别用PT-der法和Clauss法检测质控血浆的Fib,评价其精密度和准确度,检测90份临床标本并作两种方法的相关性分析。结果PT-der法和Clauss法的精密度(CV〈10%)和准确度都很好,PT-der法所测结果明显高于Clauss法(P〈0.01),但两者密切相关(r=0.92~0.98),经回归转换后两者结果分布接近。结论ACL TOP血凝仪上PT-der法和Clauss法相结合检测纤维蛋白原能满足临床需求,既经济又不易漏检异常结果。Objective To assess the feasibility of the combined methods of PT--der and Clauss in plasma fibrinogen detection with ACL TOP coagulation analyzer. Methods Both PT-der an:l Clauss methods of ACL TOP coagulation analyzer were used to detect the fibrinogen levels in quality control plasma samples. The ac- curacy and precision of the two methods were compared. Ninety clinical samples were detected to analyze the correlation of the two methods. Results Both methods have good accuracy and precision(CV〈10%) in plasma fibrinogen detection. The result of PT-der method was significantly higher than that of Clauss method(P〈0.01 ), but a closely correlation was found between these two methods, and the results of them were found to have a similar distribution by a regression transition. Conclusion With ACL TOP coagulation analyzer, the combined methods of PT-der and Clauss can meet the normal requirements in clinical plasma fibrinogen detection with economical benefit and low detection miss rate.
